Roamer does not detect SIM card or internet connection?

Good day,

Prior to leaving Singapore, I had successfully parked my number with Roamer. I just got my SIM card earlier today in the UK (with working pay-as-you-go data plan with Three) but for some reason cannot seem to activate Roamer here. The app throws me the message: Please make sure you have local SIM card inserted; temporary internet connection - both of which I have!

I have tried deleting and re-installing the app but to no avail. Please advise. Thank you!

please contact tech.support - support@roamerapp.com - and provide your account details (your registered home number), so they can track your account activity.
