I have parked my number before departure, but now that I’m abroad Roamer is giving me a temporary number instead. What to do?

I have parked my number before departure, but now that I’m abroad Roamer is giving me a temporary number instead. What to do?

 

Most of these issues occur when users accidentally cancel their parking settings and don't notice until they are already abroad, so to avoid this simply make sure your forwarding settings are enabled before leaving the country.

 

Regardless whether it’s a case of canceled or failed parking, you should start by accepting the temporary number and authorising your foreign SIM card. By doing so you make it significantly easier to restore your parking settings after you contact tech. support with the issue.

 

When writing to tech. support staff, don't forget to provide your current registered home number. That way they can quickly locate your account and start fixing the issue.
