Roamer seems to have parked the wrong number?

Hi - this is my first time trying out Roamer so this could completely be user error. I parked my number in the US and am now traveling in and hoped to be forwarding calls to my UK number. Friends have informed me that my US number is unreachable.


When I checked the US number listed in Roamer listed under "Your number is" it is not my US number (see attached screen shot). Is this the problem and is there any way to correct it while abroad (I'm guessing no but...).

Please redirect your question to our tech. support team at support@roamerapp.com ​and provide both your correct registered home number and the one on the screenshot.
