What to do when entering an incorrect number when trying to authorize a foreign SIM card?

One of our Roamer pilot users accidentally entered an incorrect number into the Roamer App when travelling to Jakarta.  The app was then stuck on the authorization screen.  Any suggestions on how one can get a 'second chance'?

When you need to change an already authorised local number, without leaving the country it's assigned to, you should contact tech. support.


Just explain the issue and they will be happy to help.
