Hi,

 

Experiencing an issue at the moment where call forwarding steps have been completed on the iPhone and is active, however Roamer is not acknowledging that call forwarding is enabled. There is an error message. This is in Australia.

 

I am unable to park my number

Does your operator allow call forwarding to landline numbers? Some prepaid SIM cards dont allow that

Hi Nick,

 

Our operator does allow call forwarding, it was working perfectly for a week or so, but yesterday we were getting the error message. I have tried again this morning and it is working again. I have tried a number of different devices and they all had the same error message. Today they are working again. I was able to park the numbers without issues.

 

Was there some problem with services or Roamer ?

There was a minor problem with parking in some countries, sorted out now.
