How to top up online

Except Vodafone, none of the carriers can perform a top up online in Romania. So if you are not close to a voucher vending place, you need to use 3rd Party services for the top up in Romania. There are three different services right now:

  1. ezetop: up to 40% fee depending on Operator and Amount, you can pay with Credit Card and paypal
  2. transferto: up to 26% fee depending on Operator and Amount, you can pay with U-Cash
  3. fonmoney.com: up to 10% fee, you can pay with credit card, direct banking (sofortüberweisung) and paysafe card

fonmoney.com seems to work well and is definetly the cheapest one avaible.
