I have been using Roamer App in the USA with a local SIM card. The card gives me free local calls, free local SMS and some data, but it was a pain to buy and not cheap.

Roamer SIM looks like a good alternative, but it's not clear to me how it combines with the Roamer App, or how it charges for local calls etc.

Do I need credit on both RoamerApp and RoamerSIM?

Does the RoamerSIM app replace the RoamerApp app?

What happens to my credit on RoamerApp or do they use the same account?

What is the difference in call charges between RoamerSIM and RoamerApp?

Where can I find the cost of a local call in each supported country?

Is there a single charge for "Keep My Number" and "Local Number" or do I get charged for each service?

Is €4 per 14 days the only way to keep local numbers long term?

Actually Roamer SIM is a completely separate product, it does not need Roamer app, as you are calling and making calls directly from your phone contacts. There is a companion app for Roamer SIM, that lets you purchase data bundles and monitor data usage, buy local numbers and configure forwarding to keep your existing number. You can find more information about Roamer SIM and its rates at https://roamersim.com
